We want you to love your TubShroom products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in clean, resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
